Ongoing Individual Process

Ongoing Process is the backbone of my offerings and has taken shape over a decade of work. This work is often slow, creative, relational, and can touch into places of depth. I work with a rigorous commitment to consent and a firm respect for the complexity of each person. I would be remiss in not mentioning that I often bring hope, curiosity, and an entrenched belief that we have what we need to move toward wholeness.

As you pull on the threads of your life and unpack what you’ve come to hold I will make a lot of space for you and listen deeply, offer attuned questions, frank reflections, and opportunities to choose what you want to process and how. I tend to listen for moments when we can build resource, access insight, or go deeper into reflection. Once we agree on this, I will bring in my skills as a practitioner and explain what we will do: somatic intervention, a parts framework, a way to build different relationship to self or the world, or other possibilities.

My lens is anti-oppressive and my approach is deeply individualized and nuanced.

This option is best for folks who are looking for a non-pathologizing process and want to commit to weekly or bi-weekly sessions.

Sessions are $125 for 55 minutes or $180 for 85 minutes, depending upon access to financial resources.

Mentorship

For five years, I have offered mentorship for individuals seeking counsel on somatic interventions, relational client skills, and inquiry into process based upon individual needs as expressed by your client and/or your own nervous system. Most practitioners would call this case consultation. This can be helpful if you are feeling isolated or under resourced for the work you are doing, or are looking to find ways to integrate creative and trauma informed ways of supporting your clients. This can also be helpful if you’re tracking transference or counter-transference in your work.

I believe that even the most experienced practitioners can benefit from attuned, creative and skilled counsel.

I don’t offer business or financial counsel.

Sessions are $125 for 55 minutes depending upon access to financial resources.

Group Process & Facilitation

This offering is for those who desire group space to be in inquiry and process together. We will largely be holding what is coming up within a container and structure that strives to be safe and gentle. You can expect attuned facilitation, rigorous consent as well as space to ask generative questions and share meaningful experiences together. This will be a series of 6 groups to start—if longer is requested we will negotiate that at the end of the 6 group series.

This offering is for groups of 4-6 who are friends, colleagues, peers, neighbors and chosen fam who are interested in having a container for their shared interests and lives. This offering is not for couples, families, polycules or other family structures. This is also not conflict transformation.

Sessions for groups of 4-6 persons are $90 per person for 75 minutes, depending upon access to financial resources. Groups larger than 6 are priced individually.
